How do I initiate a bespoke custom cake order?

To initiate a bespoke custom cake commission, please submit our dedicated contact form or contact our design studio directly. We encourage sharing reference concepts, your color story, guest count, and date. Our lead cake artist will then contact you to sketch your custom design and prepare a detailed investment estimate.

We provide specialized, climate-controlled concierge delivery for all multi-tiered masterpieces across the metropolitan area to guarantee they arrive in absolute perfection. Pricing is determined dynamically based on distance and setup requirements. Direct-from-studio collection is also available for single-tier celebration orders.

We offer organic gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan recipe selections crafted with the same uncompromising standards. However, please note that our artisan studio handles common allergens including eggs, wheat, dairy, and nuts. While sanitization protocols are strictly enforced, we do not operate a completely allergen-free facility.

For weddings and large gala events, we suggest initiating consultations 3 to 6 months prior to your date. For private luxury celebrations and smaller milestones, we recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure our master decorators have adequate availability to perfect every detail of your commission.
